Synopsis

After the Murim Alliance leader is attacked, blame is quickly shifted to the Qingcheng Sect due to Mang Ryo's involvement and a hidden weapon from the Tang Clan. The leader was aware of the assassination plot and manipulated events to further solidify his power and expose those who he perceives as threats. He reveals to the would-be assassin, who attempted to use poison, that he knew of the plot and intended it to happen.
