Synopsis

The chapter opens with discussions about Lee Gilsoo's absence and a subsequent reveal that he is under the protection of the Arena. We then see Lee Gilsoo being extorted and bullied, reflecting on past trauma that led to his current weakness. He then meets Jin Do-il and begins a grueling training, despite doubts about its effectiveness and eventually declares his ambition to become strong enough to never be bullied again. The chapter ends with Lee Gilsoo facing repeated beatings during this intense and unorthodox training.
