Synopsis

The chapter exposes how Glory manipulated the Yamato Gumi to annihilate the Wandering Ghost Clan and then recruited survivors as disciples, using their desire for revenge. One character, learning this truth and feeling responsible, is goaded into risking his life to save his friends on a sinking ship. Meanwhile, a swordsman demonstrates a shocking adaptation to losing an arm, pushing past the expected limitations of his fighting style by breaking his own arm to learn a new form of sword fighting.
