Synopsis

After awakening sword manipulation and leveling up, the protagonist heads to the Imperial Castle, expecting treasure. Instead, he's summoned to a throne room where the Monarchs discuss his past duel in the Alterhistory Tower, and the Immortal Monarch's interference. The protagonist, found innocent, is then offered the 'compensation' of raiding the Immortal Monarch's tower, encountering a cursed 'deathless' world. He teams up with a talking skull for help to clear the dungeon.
