Synopsis

The chapter opens with Alfeas receiving the Golden Circle Award, a prestigious acknowledgment of his magical achievements. It then flashes back to reveal that despite his fame, Alfeas's marriage is still opposed by both families. Then, the chapter introduces a new character, who arrives at Alfeas's home and is confronted by people who call themselves Alfeas's friends but are actually disparaging and mocking. Finally, it is revealed the new character might be a younger, look-alike version of Alfeas and is being manipulated by an older character who has a grudge against Alfeas and blames him for his own failures from 40 years ago.
