Synopsis

The chapter opens with a character demanding another's right foot, then discusses broken promises of living in paradise. It quickly shifts to a chaotic auction where a man barges in, claiming to be a special commissioner, which is contested. The guild members recognize him from an article, and fear him. The commissioner then confronts a character, questioning their motives and intentions regarding paradise. He claims things will be over soon, providing a sense of impending doom.
