Synopsis

The chapter starts with the protagonist finishing a quest and gaining new abilities. He's then confronted by a priest who uses believers for sacrifices and has to fight them, facing a limit to skill sharing. He uses the 'steel body' and 'lightning tactic' skills, narrowly avoiding being burned to ashes. The protagonist then gets a glimpse into the past of the believers being used, learning their motivations and personal stories.
