Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist feeling strange after using a dangerous knife. Two sentient weapons, the 'Thousand Blade That Cuts All' and 'Soundless Nightmare,' appear, vying for the protagonist's attention and offering immense power in exchange for their 'goop' blade. It's also revealed that a powerful character, Seong Miri, is sealed by an SS-Rank chain and that her power may unlock if the chain is cut. The protagonist ends up acquiring both weapon's authorities, 'Ultra Blade' and 'Rose That Blooms at Night', but one only activates while they're asleep, causing frustration.
