Synopsis

The chapter revolves around a popular rumor about the Prince cooking oyster and seaweed stew for his wife's birthday, which has swept through the city, causing husbands to try and replicate the dish. The Queen, having heard the rumor, asks a royal servant to specifically request the King make her the same stew, despite her dislike for oysters. The King, perplexed, goes to the royal kitchen and demands to learn how to make the dish himself, highlighting the rumor's impact even at the royal level. He then rewards the cooks with a saying about the danger of gossip.
