Synopsis

The chapter starts with the court interrogating a drunk courtier, Lee Sejwa, for supposedly assaulting the King at a festival. The Grand Prince, Jinseong, arrives and exposes the court's shoddy investigation, while highlighting the double standards they hold. The King then uses this situation to reveal their hypocrisy, especially regarding their leniency towards Sejwa while pushing for the punishment of Jinseong earlier, ultimately removing Sejwa's title and hinting at a deeper conspiracy involving the poisoning of the Queen.
