Synopsis

The chapter sees the Archduke outlining his plans to create a secret knight order within his territory, emphasizing assassination techniques over traditional swordsmanship, despite his family's reputation. He successfully purifies a draconic fruit and extends protection to elves concerned about the Brotherhood, promising them a self-governing dominion. The Archduke then arrives in Carmen, a lawless city, and immediately declares his intention to take over the Black Society, one of the major factions, demonstrating his proactive and ambitious nature.
