Synopsis

The chapter begins with a tense exchange as someone challenges the Archduke's authority, leading into the Archduke unexpectedly attending a Senate conference usually reserved for outer families, armed with royal approval. He immediately declares tax cuts and bans divination, facing protests which he quickly dismisses. A confrontation ensues as it's revealed that knights are using techniques stolen from the Wyvern tribe, further escalating tensions.
