Synopsis

The chapter opens by describing a failed attempt to defeat the Dragon King, followed by the unusual non-aggression pact orchestrated by the Jenon Empire. The Archduke then engages in a strategic discussion about distributing a new potion nationwide, utilizing a vendor network. Meanwhile, he interrogates a captured baron who eventually reveals a hidden fourth floor containing secrets and a memento of the former Duke which is related to the broken 'God Blade' used in the past.
