Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist effortlessly defeating an arrogant noble using only a twig. The onlookers are shocked by the protagonist's power. Later, the protagonist discusses the need for population growth to strengthen their territory and identifies a potential opportunity in the migrant flows from neighboring territories caused by a past event.
