Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist initiating a plan to provoke a territorial war by spreading a rumor of a gold deposit between Grey and Count Aman. They accept the war conditions under a royal notarized agreement. Meanwhile, the protagonist has to deal with logistical concerns, such as lacking troops and war funds. An elf named Kaisha arrives, requesting help after her village was decimated by the undead. The chapter culminates with the protagonist agreeing to an alliance where the elves become citizens of Bram, and organizing forces to address the undead threat.
