Synopsis

Gu Changge visits the Gu family, feigning concern for Xian'er's progress, while also stirring trouble by highlighting her past failures and her connection to the Sea Palace conflict. He leverages the chaos in the Ancient Immortal Lands and the First Elder's desire to protect Xian'er to position himself to take control, agreeing to a Daoist Heart pledge to not harm her - a pledge he secretly plans to circumvent due to his lack of a 'true' Daoist Heart. The Sea Palace's impending arrival for revenge also adds a layer of tension.
