Synopsis

The chapter opens with a weakened demon being cornered by individuals who initially sought to work with her. These supposed allies reveal their betrayal, intending to kill her and harvest her remains. Gu Changge, however, reveals that he has a powerful ally, a Quasi-Sovereign realm expert, and later demonstrates another such individual, indicating he was playing them all along. The chapter ends with Gu Changge and his allies about to engage in a new battle against the betrayed demon's former pursuers.
