Synopsis

The chapter opens with a character struggling physically, then shifts to a political conflict within a kingdom fearing the might of Gu Changge. Meanwhile, the transported humans investigate their arrival, revealing a sacrificial altar and a strange bronze boat from within one of them. They then encounter locals who seem to possess advanced technology, leading to a tense standoff as the newcomers must protect one of their own who seems to hold secrets about this new world. A key character among the locals contemplates killing one of the transported humans while trying to get his target to reveal herself.
