Synopsis

The chapter follows the protagonist as he investigates new game mechanics, including a token that lets him buy buildings in other cities and encounters a silent, NPC-controlled city. Back at his guild, he tasks his companions with logistical investigations and the recruitment of new members, while facing new foreign adversaries that speak Japanese and plan to capture him. The chapter also includes some strategic planning and development of the protagonist's understanding of the world around him.
