Synopsis

The protagonist activates skills to discern their location and receives three potential quest lines - 'Good Man', 'Survivalist', and 'Evil Man'. They opt for the "Evil Man" path. The protagonist then poisons a water source, anticipating conflict and distrust to arise amongst the other survivors. This creates an initial tension but results in a temporary truce based on shared survival needs, but the poison is starting to take affect.
