Synopsis

The chapter opens with a conversation about the protagonist's hesitancy in killing, followed by a tense encounter where the protagonist refuses to kill Faschio, a member of the Black Hawk. Instead, he enters a negotiation with Black Hawk leadership, demanding five pieces of information in exchange for Faschio's life. The negotiation includes a demonstration of the protagonist's ability to discern people and culminates with him obtaining a communication device and a cape with storage magic.
