Synopsis

A transfer student named Helmut is being tutored by a top academy student, who realizes Helmut's exceptional learning abilities are coupled with a complete lack of ethics and common sense. Despite his difficulties in an ethics test, Helmut shows improvement through tutoring as he learns about the academy's principles of 'justice'. He completes his written exam and, feeling unsure of his next steps, attends the practical exam where he is greeted by another student.
