Synopsis

The protagonist, presumably a member of the Namgoong family, is introduced to the four major criminal sects in Hefei – Rainbow, Flame King, Cutting Winter, and Great Bear – learning of their illicit activities and combined wealth. He establishes a deal for information from the Black Tavern network. He then begins dismantling the sects by taking over the Great Bear Sect's gambling den through force, revealing a connection with its boss and causing a chaotic start to his takeover.
