The bandits demand ransom, with the Waryong Manor facing an exorbitant price compared to the others. This disparity causes friction and accusations, and ultimately leads to a gathering of the five families at the Heaven Sect to discuss the situation and how to approach the bandits. The Waryong Manor feels unfairly targeted, and suspicions and resentment bubble to the surface among the families.
The Heaven Sect gathers the other four families of the Luoyang Five Heroes after their children were captured, demanding ransom, but the Waryong Manor is asked to pay significantly more, leading to distrust and tension.
