Synopsis

The chapter opens with members of the Hwayang Merchant Union discussing the exaggerated rumors spread by bandits about Sage Chin Ji, emphasizing the safety of the caravan due to the presence of the Luoyang Five Heroes. At the Five Peak Stronghold, bandits are initially eager to prove themselves against the heroes, but they quickly back down after learning about Lee Somin’s lineage as the granddaughter of the 'Heavenly Sword Supreme'. Despite the easy victory, the heroes express concern about their lack of combat experience because of their reputation. They are then informed about a more dangerous situation, as Sage Chun Ji, a formidable figure, went to subdue the Five Peak Stronghold but mysteriously withdrew.
