Synopsis

The chapter opens with a series of aggressive and nonsensical outbursts from a character who seems to be drunk or crazy. He demands that two women be brought to him for a drinking party, threatening destruction if they are not. Other characters are annoyed by his behavior and the disturbance he is causing. Ultimately, someone with authority finally confronts the instigator for making such a ruckus.
