Synopsis

The chapter establishes Sage Chun Ji as an incredibly strong individual, prompting most of the Five Peak Stronghold's inhabitants to flee in terror. Lee Chulsan refuses to leave, choosing to remain for reasons not fully explained, possibly involving a woman, against the advice of others. The remaining members of the stronghold face the grim reality of their situation with the knowledge that they're likely facing an unavoidable attack from Sage Chun Ji and his allies. One of the leaders, Yanggak, expresses doubt about escape, hinting at a last stand.
