Synopsis

The chapter opens with the First Young Master arriving at the Namgoong Clan where he is greeted by various clan representatives. Several individuals from other clans, including members of the Pearl Un and Hablik-Peng, try to subtly test the First Young Master's skills and temperament through challenges, first with a wine pouring and then by attempting a chopstick technique. He initially tolerates this, but then decides to showcase his true abilities to put an end to the rudeness and blatant disrespect, pouring everyone a drink and asserting his dominance.
