Synopsis

The protagonist is initially trapped by an illusionist who boasts about his powers, but the protagonist reveals he's encountered a more powerful mage before and defeats the illusionist swiftly. The scene shifts to another location where the group faces an onslaught of zombies and a new boss, the parasite king, who attempts to convert them. The chapter ends with the parasite king revealing knowledge of the protagonist and declaring their future demise.
