Synopsis

The chapter begins with the introduction of the story and characters and then shifts to the focus of an individual trapped within a portal, who discovers that the place is designed to be a prison mimicking their original home. It's also revealed that if the portal weakens, everyone inside will be released into the outside world. The trapped individual learns they are considered dangerous and decides, with help of others from the outside, to destroy the portal by concentrating their mystical energy. Meanwhile, others outside the portal decide to investigate and enter, as the time limit for the trapped individual has long passed, even though only one person is supposed to be allowed in.
