Synopsis

The chapter introduces a powerful new S-Rank character, who uses a drug to enhance his abilities and easily defeats a Black Dragon Association member. This display of power inspires the protagonist to train and seek revenge. Meanwhile, a member of the Greed organization makes a ransom demand to the Black Dragon Association, threatening to kill civilians if not met. The chapter ends with the Greed members preparing to use their drugs.
