Synopsis

The chapter opens with a powerful attack and the acknowledgement of S-Rank's power. A strategy meeting is underway to deal with a new attack wave across Seoul, and it's revealed that only one S-Rank, Park Hyunsoo, is available to fight. The attacks occur in teams, and are different from prior encounters. Civilians are caught in the crossfire, and a new character, seemingly a powerful lightning user named Armand, appears amidst the chaos, ready to engage the attackers. He is tasked by his master not to engage directly with a marble power-nullifier.
