A group of adventurers faces a portal that turns out to be far more dangerous than anticipated, leading to casualties and a chaotic retreat. Amidst the chaos, a new Awakened emerges, seemingly with the useless ability to 'listen to instructions'. However, when challenged, the Awakened demonstrates a surprising level of combat prowess, using techniques that spontaneously come to mind, defeating a colleague and generating interest in the new talent. Finally, a group ask to be taught by him, showing they wish to become his disciples.
A chaotic B-Rank portal encounter results in casualties and a new Awakened, whose seemingly useless ability turns out to be surprisingly powerful. He ends the chapter with a group of disciples.
