Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist's return to a familiar store owner who he has grown up with. He is seeking to build a magic tower in the dangerous Manticore Valley. This is revealed after the protagonist inquires about the explosion at the Ainhart Residence, which he seemed to anticipate. The protagonist, now a powerful mage, will also challenge the Manticore King, a formidable monster, with the construction of his tower.
