Synopsis

The chapter begins with the characters planning an attack on a cannon tower. It is revealed that losing players become powerful raid bosses called 'City Eaters.' A character is accused of planning a betrayal by having his citizens invade other cities, which is confirmed by a book with knowledge of future events. This leads to a confrontation and triggers a city-wide status effect, 'Mad City', where citizens become empowered and aggressive.
