Synopsis

The chapter begins with a cryptic exchange where a character reveals they're manipulating the "sacrifices of sovereignty" for their benefit rather than forming a guild. The main character, seemingly in charge, reflects on the situation, realizing the "demon king" Krasina's potential interference. They then review the established guilds, their purpose and leadership and the issues including the police. The chapter highlights the scarcity of resources and the need for long term strategies and they decide to compile a strategy book.
