Synopsis

Following the disappearance of Choi Yul, a new, dangerous Demon King emerges, prompting concern. Simultaneously, a new city is formed with citizens divided into "Outers" who search for treasures and "Inners" who manage the city; this system seems successful in providing resources, however, crime rapidly increases. Meanwhile, a character experiments with a magical pearl, creating powerful poisons and torturing a captive, also encountering a hazardous CBR (Chemical, Biological, Radiological) event.
