Synopsis

This chapter reveals that Yoo Gwang-Ik is the vigilante known as "Fracture Man," who has been targeting drug dealers. He is confronted by a police team manager who he previously encountered, who is aware of his actions and attempts to negotiate. He strikes a deal with the police to take credit for his work, allowing him to continue his hunt while protecting his identity. Yoo then has what feels like a 'date' with someone else and tells a friend he will not be sleeping at home.
