Synopsis

The chapter begins with a new disciple attempting training exercises, quickly hurting his knees due to improper form. His trainer intervenes, correcting his posture and demonstrating a stretching technique. Simultaneously, the discussion shifts to the arrival of Beob Gang, a very strict disciplinarian, who is transferred from the discipline court to the Arhat Hall, surprising many. The chapter ends with Beob Gang himself appearing at the Arhat Hall, indicating he will work alongside the main characters.
