Synopsis

The chapter starts with a warning about the 'Steer,' a dangerous hydra capable of causing extinction. Files from a research team reveal the 'wave' is tied to this creature and that one of the researchers is infected. This researcher, now a host to the Steer, details his transformation, realizing that he can control not only the infected humans, but animals and insects as well, while also being controlled by the entity. He finally understands that he was chosen as the host to bring his vision of a better world.
