Synopsis

The chapter depicts a battle where the defending forces, led by strategists using human game-inspired tactics, lure the attacking flood dragons into a disguised cliff trap. This decimates a portion of the enemy's main force and enables the defenders to establish a phalanx formation on a narrow bridge to further funnel and decimate the enemy. Despite the strategic success, the defenders notice the conspicuous absence of siege units and champions from the enemy ranks, raising suspicion about future engagements. They hope the strategy will work to allow their second line of defense to not get involved.
