Synopsis

The chapter opens with the horned rats declaring the foundation of the Morth Dynasty, with Quig Morth as the destined king. Morth's father gives an emotional speech about revolution, placing the future of the kingdom in his son's hands. However, a figure named Witchy appears and demands the horned rats cut off their horns to prove their loyalty, leading to accusations of treachery, confusion about pre-cut horns, and ultimately, the order for mass execution.
