Synopsis

The chapter details the protagonist group's journey to visit the six labyrinth owners on the tenth floor, fulfilling their contract with the black merchants. They first visit a seemingly harmless aristocrat who dislikes the merchant group but shows no sign of tyranny, then a dragon descendant fixated on his lineage and playing cards. The last stop, Mentilos Chamber, is revealed to be a heavily fortified outpost for Count Parthenon, filled with his forces and dangerous beings, suggesting a planned invasion of the ninth floor. The group realizes Parthenon is the biggest threat.
