Synopsis

A witch doctor successfully kidnaps the Duchess using force and fear. Meanwhile, the soldiers are engaged in a battle with pirates, meant to be a distraction. It's revealed that the Governor broke his agreement and failed to kill targets. He then orders the kidnapping of the "mother of a white worm" and blames previous failures on his own lust, while also explaining why he intentionally allowed his men to get hurt to avoid suspicion. This reveals his plans were to use the chaos as an opportunity to kidnap a key figure and shows the inner scheming of the characters.
