Synopsis

Count Russell Raymond is honored for his role in making contact with the Beastmen, becoming Count Morning Star. He's further rewarded with access to the Imperial Vault. Simultaneously, the Beast King proposes a large-scale migration of her people, seeking to join the Kingdom of Endimion, even offering to bow to their king and assist in wars. The chapter concludes with discussions about the feasibility of such a large migration and an evaluation of the Beast King's power, which is shockingly high.
