Synopsis

The chapter begins with the King recognizing Russel's achievements, elevating him to Count and granting him tax rights, followed by a personal expression of gratitude for saving his daughter, then Russel requests a Dragon Heart. The story then shifts to a courtroom scene where the Red Tower Master is given probation. Then, in a public ceremony, the King rewards several individuals, including Russel for his bravery. The King also reveals Russel’s advancement to a 5th-circle mage to solidify public support against the growing threat of the Archduke's faction by showcasing his accomplishments.
