Synopsis

The chapter reveals that a powerful spatial disruption has appeared around the ruins, making magic useless. Allen Page is tasked with acquiring a relic from the Spear Tower to break the barrier, which is deemed a difficult task. Meanwhile, others scheme to take Spiegelman hostage to leverage Allen's actions, while also being warned about a plan to eliminate all the members of their party after the mission. It becomes clear a larger political game is at play, and a deadly mission is taking place.
