Synopsis

The chapter centers around the arrival of the Hao Clan, a group of social outcasts suffering from advanced syphilis, at the clinic of the young master doctor. The doctor, after learning about their background, begins a preliminary assessment. The leader of the clan, Muhwa, expresses concern for her younger sibling's health while masking her own skepticism, and the doctor's seemingly detached demeanor makes it difficult to ascertain his true intentions. The chapter ends with a reveal of their past and a hint at the severity of their condition and the risks they are facing.
