Synopsis

The chapter centers around the fallout of a past bullying incident. A victim, with the help of an unknown organization, confronts his tormentors. The antagonist refuses to apologize and is backed by his brother leading to a tense confrontation. The chapter culminates with the protagonist proposing a way to de-escalate the situation by mutual apologies which is promptly refused, setting the stage for an inter-school war.
