Synopsis
The Black Unorthodox Alliance is strategically using PEM to incite unrest amongst commoners and strain the resources of the Martial Police, leveraging the chaos created by the Ancient Moon Squad. Simultaneously, the Martial Police's new recruits undergo a selection event, and are later briefed about the Ancient Moon Squad. Internal conflict is hinted at within the Martial Police and their efforts to control the PEM distribution, and it's also revealed the the Wudang Sect is trying to understand PEM and discovering potential internal treachery.
